Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our core platforms.
- Execute critical system deployments and maintenance tasks during the weekend shift.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
- Document technical processes and provide mentorship to junior engineering staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Availability to work a dedicated Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
