Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical approaches.
- Perform statistical analysis to support strategic planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and database management.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
