Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to executive leadership
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and guide strategic initiatives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies preferred
