Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Implement statistical models to forecast patient outcomes and optimize resource allocation
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines using SQL and Python automation
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with healthcare data systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) preferred
