Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Create data visualizations that translate complex insights into actionable recommendations
- Maintain and improve data pipelines to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Present findings to stakeholders with clear, compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
