Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and quality
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Lead analytics projects from discovery to implementation with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent analytics tool)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytics projects
