Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business processes
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new feature launches
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality, security, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts through code reviews and best practice workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL with complex query optimization experience
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights for non-technical audiences
