Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders and clinical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve efficiency and data accuracy
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual narratives and written reports
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare data preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
