Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product optimization initiatives
- Present complex data insights to executive leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
- Develop data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
- Ability to translate technical findings into business-oriented recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
