Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs and performance metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Develop predictive models to support forecasting and decision-making across business units
- Document methodologies, data sources, and analytical approaches for auditability and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical analysis methods
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
