Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Document methodologies and present findings to executive leadership
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL processes, data modeling)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
