Responsibilities
- Analyze large agricultural datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for operational stakeholders
- Develop predictive models for crop performance and resource allocation
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
- Stay current on agricultural technology advancements and data science methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with predictive modeling
- Experience working with agricultural or supply chain data preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
