Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to generate performance reports
- Develop automated dashboards for real-time KPI tracking and executive decision support
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Cleanse and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, web analytics)
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Identify trends and anomalies using predictive analytics techniques
- Collaborate with IT team to improve data infrastructure and pipeline efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong Python programming skills with pandas, numpy, and matplotlib
- Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Proficient in data warehousing concepts (ETL processes)
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
