Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data collection systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and anomalies
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and develop performance tracking frameworks
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations translating complex findings into actionable recommendations
- Optimize data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of analytical outputs
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
