Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to support data-driven decision making
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards across platforms
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise, impactful storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor technical insights for diverse audiences
