Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting processes
- Present findings to leadership with clear, compelling narratives supported by data evidence
- Monitor data quality and implement improvements to enhance analytics reliability
- Stay current with industry trends to continuously refine analytical approaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data warehouse concepts
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-discipline and time management
