Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze multi-source datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical modeling and hypothesis testing to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through compelling data narratives and storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in tech or e-commerce environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis background with A/B testing experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
