Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize business processes
- Prepare executive summaries translating data insights into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical insights
