Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights by performing complex data cleansing, transformation, and validation tasks.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs, trends, and business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key business metrics and define reporting requirements.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.
- Build and optimize automated reporting pipelines to streamline workflows and ensure data accessibility for stakeholders.
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence business decisions through data.
