Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver comprehensive analytical reports
- Implement data quality assurance protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency across all datasets
- Identify opportunities for process optimization through trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL with experience writing complex queries and optimizing database performance
- Strong expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and statistical analysis
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
