Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to extract and aggregate data from various sources.
- Create interactive, high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify business needs and formulate analytical solutions.
- Produce regular reports and executive summaries that translate complex data findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic planning and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present data to non-technical audiences.
