Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate cyber threats and lead incident response protocols
- Develop threat intelligence reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with SOC teams to mitigate zero-day vulnerabilities
- Implement advanced threat detection strategies
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and countermeasures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity threat analysis or SOC operations
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms and threat intelligence tools
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) frameworks
- Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or scripting languages
- Ability to work under pressure during high-impact incidents
