Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Analysis: Query large datasets using SQL and Python to extract actionable insights.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and anomalies in data to propose process improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
- Visualization: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is required.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
