Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect equity trading systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on financial platforms
- Monitor and respond to security incidents with SIEM tools
- Develop zero-trust architectures for sensitive financial data
- Collaborate with trading teams to ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI-DSS)
- Lead incident response protocols for cyber threats targeting financial assets
- Maintain documentation of security policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on financial systems
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or CISSP required
- Expertise in threat detection tools (Splunk, CrowdStrike)
- Knowledge of equity markets and trading systems
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and encryption protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid U.S. work authorization required
