Responsibilities
- Monitor and protect equity options trading platforms using SIEM tools like Splunk
- Conduct penetration testing on trading systems and derivative platforms
- Implement zero-trust architectures for financial data environments
- Respond to and mitigate APT attacks targeting trading infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Collaborate with quant teams to secure algorithmic trading models
- Document security protocols and incident response procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with financial services experience
- Certifications in CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in protecting options/futures trading systems
- Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike technologies
- Knowledge of FIX protocol and market data security
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) for financial apps
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with daily pay cycles
