Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts for equity options trading platforms using SIEM tools
- Conduct real-time threat detection and incident response during night shift hours
- Implement and maintain security controls for financial data systems and trading networks
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on trading infrastructure
- Collaborate with global security teams to investigate and mitigate cyber threats
- Document security incidents and compliance reports for financial regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity with focus on financial services or trading platforms
- Strong knowledge of network security, threat intelligence, and incident response protocols
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and financial security frameworks
