Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security controls (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents (SOC operations)
- Develop security documentation and compliance reports (NIST, ISO)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on threat intelligence initiatives
- Perform security audits and risk assessments for cloud/on-premise environments
- Train staff on security best practices and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity (SOC, pentesting, or security engineering)
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network security
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) frameworks
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Excellent problem-solving and incident response capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
