Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and investigate potential breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network systems
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection)
- Incident response coordination including containment and forensic analysis
- Develop security documentation and compliance reports for regulatory standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or analyst role
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in threat detection tools (Splunk, CrowdStrike)
- Knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance protocols
- Strong analytical skills with incident response experience
- BS in Cybersecurity or related field preferred
