Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents across global infrastructure
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain security controls (SIEM, EDR, firewalls)
- Develop incident response playbooks and security documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Analyze threat intelligence and emerging attack vectors
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in security operations or threat detection
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cloud security
- Experience with Linux/Windows security hardening
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Excellent written communication for reporting and documentation
