Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents within the SIEM environment.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security policies, procedures, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Perform forensic analysis and root cause analysis for security breaches.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure software development and deployment.
- Provide security training and awareness to employees.
Qualifications
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and attack vectors.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) and EDR solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
