Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for 24/7 threat detection and incident response
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using Nessus, Qualys, and Burp Suite
- Develop and implement security controls for cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Lead forensic investigations and root cause analysis for security incidents
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure NIST 800-53 compliance
- Create executive-level security dashboards and threat intelligence reports
- Manage security awareness training for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on SOC analyst experience
- CompTIA Security+/CEH/CISSP certification (or equivalent)
- Expertise in threat hunting, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and IDS/IPS
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS Security Hub, Azure Sentinel)
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- BS in Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience)
