Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent military/industry experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Incident Response role.
  • Valid certification is highly preferred: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or CISM.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Elastic, or similar) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
  • Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and common network protocols.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation and threat hunting.
