As part of our team, you will work directly with industry experts, gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art security tools, and pursue professional certifications (such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH) supported by the company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events in real-time using SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct daily vulnerability scans and security assessments to identify potential risks.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, breaches, and anomalies.
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed incident reports.
- Collaborate with IT operations to implement security patches and configuration changes.
- Assist in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to complete rigorous paid training programs.
- Familiarity with basic scripting (Python or PowerShell) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex security concepts clearly.
