- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on trading infrastructure
- Document security incidents and remediation efforts in compliance frameworks
- Train night shift staff on security best practices for financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in financial services
- Certification in CISSP, CISM, or CEH (required)
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and threat detection
- Strong understanding of equity trading systems and financial protocols
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Experience with NIST frameworks and financial regulatory compliance
