We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of network security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks before they materialize.
- Respond to and remediate security breaches, including forensic analysis and incident report writing.
- Manage and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configuration of servers, databases, and applications.
- Enforce security policies and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or SOC Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, protocols, and architecture.
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, LogRhythm) and endpoint protection (Endpoint Detection and Response).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python or PowerShell) for automation and log analysis.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
