Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct incident response and forensics for security breaches
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security documentation and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in threat detection/response
- CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
- Experience with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills and incident documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
