Responsibilities
- Monitor security operations center (SOC) alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and remediate cybersecurity incidents within SLA requirements
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security documentation and incident response playbooks
- Collaborate with IT teams on security architecture improvements
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
- Provide 24/7 on-call rotation support
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks)
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) best practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- BS in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field preferred
