Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification (required)
- Proficiency in SIEM tools and log analysis
- Experience with incident response protocols (NIST SP 800-61)
- Knowledge of network security principles (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST CSF)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
