- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with SLA-driven protocols
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response playbooks and security documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Stay current on emerging threats via threat intelligence feeds
- Present security metrics to leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on SOC analyst experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and incident handling expertise
- Ability to work rotating shifts in 24/7 operations environment
