Key Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Analyst at SecureNet, you will:
- Monitor security operations center (SOC) alerts and respond to incidents efficiently.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection.
- Enforce information security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, NIST).
- Investigate security breaches and perform forensic analysis when necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design secure software and network architectures.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in information security. Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or network administration.
- Certification preferred: CISSP, Security+, CEH, or CompTIA Network+.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Azure Sentinel) and scripting (Python or Bash).
