Position Overview
We seek experienced Cybersecurity Analysts to implement robust defense strategies, monitor security infrastructure, and respond to incidents in real-time. This contract role requires proactive threat hunting and vulnerability management skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and investigate potential breaches using SIEM platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network systems
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and incident response plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NIST and ISO standards
- Analyze malware patterns and emerging cyber threats
- Document security incidents and prepare executive-level reports
- Provide security awareness training to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cloud security architecture
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (e.g., Recorded Future, CrowdStrike)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
