Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with SOAR automation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security documentation and incident response playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Stay current on emerging threats and countermeasures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years SOC analyst or incident response experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification preferred
- Proficiency in threat intelligence tools (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
