Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct threat hunting and incident response for malware attacks
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security automation scripts using Python or PowerShell
- Generate executive-level security dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with SOC team on 24/7 threat operations
- Advise on NIST and CIS framework implementation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or analyst roles
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Expertise in threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) environments
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Valid US government clearance or ability to obtain
