Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS/Azure/GCP cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes
- Monitor cloud environments using tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, or Azure Monitor
- Optimize cloud costs while ensuring security compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues
- Document architecture decisions and create runbooks for operational procedures
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure/GCP certification
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPC, VPN, load balancing)
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
