Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms
- Automate deployment processes using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services
- Document architecture and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining system reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Proven track record in infrastructure-as-code implementation
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus)
- Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
