Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization to ensure high availability.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including identity management and data encryption.
- Collaborate with software developers and DevOps teams to integrate cloud services into applications.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or related IT roles.
- Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP with deep knowledge of at least one major provider.
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, or Chef for infrastructure as code.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, and load balancers.
