Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Monitor cloud environments and optimize performance/cost efficiency
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to troubleshoot production issues
- Document architecture and processes using Confluence
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of networking, Linux, and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication abilities for technical documentation
- Willingness to obtain AWS/Azure certifications within 6 months
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
