About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud solutions. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Design: Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Deployment & Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system health, performance metrics, and log data to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, manage IAM roles, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Collaboration: Partner with software developers and system administrators to troubleshoot issues and optimize cloud resources.
- Cost Management: Analyze cloud spending and implement strategies to optimize costs and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.
- Cloud Platforms: Strong proficiency in AWS or Azure.
- Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
