Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and Azure Functions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Prometheus
- Ensure security compliance through IAM policies, VPC configurations, and network security groups
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Kubernetes orchestration solutions
- Document architecture designs and operational procedures
- Lead cloud migration projects for hybrid environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of network fundamentals and load balancing
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- Security certifications (CCSP, Security+, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with cloud cost optimization focus
