Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain advanced prompt architectures for production AI systems
- Develop iterative prompt refinement cycles using A/B testing and performance analytics
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering into MLOps pipelines
- Create documentation and best practices for enterprise prompt management
- Lead workshops to train stakeholders on effective prompt interaction techniques
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and translate findings into actionable prompt strategies
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering or NLP development experience
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Exceptional written communication and analytical problem-solving skills
